This 45-minute ride is packed with high-energy, pumping music. Our amazing playlist will allow you to get lost in the rhythmic interval ride. This ride has intense cardio, strength building with bands, and a calming stretch.

This class is led by Kara Pereira of Soco Cycle in the Shepherd's Run Event Hall.
All classes include a complimentary glass of Shepherd's Run wine, artisan tea, or pour-coffee at the end of the session.
