This "white of whites" consists of two grape varietals; 70% Pinot Blanc and 30% Chardonnay. It makes a wonderful celebration beverage offering notes of straw, lemon and almond. Grapes for this sparkling wine were harvested on the North Fork of Long Island and then the wine was aged over three years in bottle in the Méthode champenoise.
