2021 North Fork Sauvignon Blanc
2021 North Fork Sauvignon Blanc
Wine Summary
This isn't your typical New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Our small batch Sauvignon Blanc offers tropical fruit notes, strong aromatics, and a creamy mouthfeel. It is produced in an old world style utilizing the practice of Bâtonnage while resting on its gross lees. This slow manual practice provides a rounder, creamier, and full bodied Sauvignon Blanc that larger production and modern winemaking practices cannot achieve.
