2021 North Fork Sauvignon Blanc
This isn't your typical New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Our small batch Sauvignon Blanc offers tropical fruit notes, strong aromatics, and a creamy mouthfeel. It is produced in an old world style utilizing the practice of Bâtonnage while resting on its gross lees. This slow manual practice provides a rounder, creamier, and full bodied Sauvignon Blanc that larger production and modern winemaking practices cannot achieve.

The wine aroma and flavor will not be affected, however its crystal clear appearance may be impacted. To prevent this cloudy appearance please take care to store this perishable wine in an environment less than 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
