Join Jules for a killer low impact, high intensity INTRO to BARRE class at Shepherd's Run! Barre is a full body workout combining yoga, pilates and ballet conditioning using our body weight resistance and small isometric movements to fatigue our muscles. Set to a bumping playlist, we'll work each muscle group individually: Arms, Legs, glutes and Core with an emphasis on form, alignment and core engagement throughout. Build strength and flexibility, calm your mind and have a blast!
