Sam is a 200-RYT yoga teacher and artist. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and nonjudgmental class for students of all levels to clear their mind and fully release in. Sam’s class is about turning inward and honoring where your body is at, connecting breath to movement and find calm in the stillness.
