Olivia discovered Pilates in high school and fell in love with how she felt both inside and out after each class.
Olivia's mission is to create a fun and inviting environment for students to challenge themselves and gain a better understanding of their body. In Pilates we focus on slow and controlled movements, engaging deep core muscles, improving stability, and toning the entire body. You will leave Olivia's class feeling aligned, stronger, andtaller!
