There's no time like January to create healthy habits, and our mental and emotional health deserve top billing! Over the course of 3 weeks, Giana will guide us in understanding the intricate aspects of meditation, its profound impact on our overall well-being, and provide us with the tools to establish a consistent daily routine. Whether you decide to come to one session or all 3 is up to you, but we are planting our bottoms on blocks 3 weeks in a row and plan to come out better for it on the other side!

*We reserve a limited amount of space for members to be able to take workshops at no extra charge. If there are no spaces left available for members, you may always sign up for class under the general wellness page!
