Yin yoga
A slow, meditative practice with long-held postures (2–5 minutes) targeting fascia, joints, and connective tissue. Guided by breath and supported by props, this class invites inner awareness, energetic balance, and deep release. Expect seated and reclined shapes, followed by an extended Savasana to integrate and restore. Open to all levels.
Katie Wolfe is an E-RYT 200, RYT 500+ yoga teacher trained in Vinyasa and Yin, and Reiki certified. Currently earning her Master’s in Holistic Clinical Counseling, she offers a grounding, breath-focused practice with clear alignment cues. Katie’s intention is to help students feel better — more connected in body, mind, and spirit — each time they leave the mat.
