Did you know that sound is one of the most powerful and effective ways to decompress?

Join Allison Schumann as she guides you through a sound bath meditation. This experience will bring us to a place of full body listening where we can re-pattern our cells, our minds, and perhaps the more subtle body of emotions, resting in harmony with ourselves and nature. Drop into the experience even more so by signing up for Allison's regularly scheduled restorative yoga class at noon prior to the Sound Bath!

  • Mat
  • Towel
  • Water Bottle
  • While we will provide blocks and tennis balls, please feel free to bring any other props that make you feel comfortable and cozy

*We hold a limited number of spaces for members to be able to take workshops at no extra cost. If it is sold out, and you're still interested in joining us, you may always register as a non-member for the class!
