Come join Aubrey Rodman the owner of Bottega Yoga, an urban studio by the sea. Enjoy some dope beats while flowing  next your peeps to create community and unity through breath and movement . This all-levels vinyasa practice cultivates focus, alignment, stamina, and flexibility. Also expect a heartfelt messages, and a sense of humor to inspire us as we move off of our mat and into the real world.
