Vinyasa with Julia Anne Slom
In this class, we will focus on linking our breath and postures in dynamic fluid movement, transitioning through the standing postures, linking them together, a little like a dance! Enhanced by traditional and western music, we will begin with a warmup, move into several standing sequences, do some core and back strengthening and finish with some lovely stretching. This class is best for the practitioner who has some basic yoga experience but is suitable, and can be modified, for all levels.
This class is led by Julia Anne Slom in the Shepherd's Run Event Hall.
All classes include a complimentary glass of Shepherd's Run wine, artisan tea, or pour-coffee at the end of the session.
