Yoga Sculpt | 1.19 & 2.23
Join Sarah Gray, trained CorePower Yoga Instructor for 45 minutes of yoga, strength and light cardio! Yoga Sculpt takes a traditional Vinyasa flow and amps it up a few notches! Expect strength work using hand weights (optional), cardio bursts, a focus on the core and a ton of sweat! All you need is your yoga mat, weights (optional) and a bottle of water. For all levels!
