Crafted at the Run Series: Spring Wreath Workshop

Join us for the second installment of our Crafted at the Run series, featuring Sarah and Sam of The Lilac Thief. In this workshop, you’ll create your own spring wreath using a 10” hand-woven base made from grapevines harvested right here at Shepherd’s Run.

You’ll choose and attach beautiful dried botanicals, each one locally grown or foraged by The Lilac Thief, while Sarah and Sam offer demos and guidance to help you bring your vision to life.

Botanical artists Sarah and Sam craft stunning, intentional designs that capture the wild, organic essence of the natural world. Their work offers a refreshing, unconventional take on floristry and event styling. Rooted in sustainability and seasonality, every creation is infused with the rich history and folklore of plants, bringing deeper meaning to each arrangement.

Working with both fresh and dried botanicals, most materials are sourced from their own gardens, local farms, or through mindful foraging across New England. Their creative practice also extends to dried and pressed flower products, available in both pre-made collections and fully custom pieces.
