Collection: BODY+MIND CLASSES

Join us as we lean into all things wellness at Shepherd's Run. With the opening of our studio we are excited to offer a full calendar of heated vinyasa classes as well as strength training, pilates, and restorative classes. Additionally, we are always adding in specialty workshops and one-off offerings to provide a comprehensive selection.

  

Perfect for beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants, our classes at Shepherd’s Run, Body + Mind aim to inspire students. Our heated yoga classes are designed around a flow that marries breath, movement, meditation, and self-love. Smooth transitions from one pose to the next will ignite strength and fluidity, all while maintaining a soft sense of self. Sealing the hour off with restorative work, you are bound to leave feeling like the best version of yourself. Great tunes, good vibes, and a whole beautiful community to share the ride with. This yoga is for everyone.
 

Before reengaging with the hustle bustle of the outside world, unwind with your friends and classmates after class in the Living Room.
