Join us as we lean into all things Yoga at Shepherd's Run. With the opening of our heated yoga studio we are excited to offer a full calendar of heated vinyasa classes. 
Perfect for every beginner, intermediate, and advanced yogi, the heated vinyasa classes at Shepherd’s Run, Body + Mind aim to inspire students to dive into a flow that marries breath, movement, meditation, and self-love. Smooth transitions from one pose to the next will ignite strength and fluidity, all while maintaining a soft sense of self. Sealing the hour off with some juicy restorative work, you are bound to leave feeling like the best version of yourself. Great tunes, good vibes, and a whole beautiful community to share the ride with. This yoga is for everyone.
 

Before reengaging with the hustle bustle of the outside world, unwind with your friends and classmates after class in the Living Room.
