Collection: BODY+MIND CLASSES

Join us as we lean into all things wellness at Shepherd's Run. With the opening of our studio we are excited to offer a full calendar of yoga classes as well as an assortment of strength training, pilates, and barre. Our programming is always evolving so check back often as we learn from our community on what classes are of the most interest. In addition to our weekly class schedule we are always adding in specialty workshops and one-off offerings to provide a comprehensive wellness selection.
  
Perfect for beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants, our classes at  Body + Mind aim to inspire. 
 

Before reengaging with the hustle bustle of the outside world, unwind with your friends and classmates after class in the Living Room.
