We believe with each passing year we are provided the opportunity to reflect, evolve, and move forward. New Year's resolutions are great, but healthy habits and sustained improvement is our goal.

In this spirit, we will kick off 2022 with the launch of our Weekend Wellness Series. These pop-up events are led by experienced guides and instructors to help us achieve strength, balance, and mindfulness in 2022.

These curated classes are designed to help you jump into the New Year feeling invigorated and refreshed. Class offerings range from Power Vinyasa and Restorative Yin Yoga, to fast paced Cycling and Bootcamp classes.

Our goal is to give you the opportunity to try something new and to help you strike a balance between strength and softness.
