Jen's class concentrates on strengthening the body while emphasizing posture, balance, and flexibility. This fifty minute class is a full body workout that will engage your core as well as lengthen and strengthen arms and legs.
Jennifer, a former athlete, found Pilates as a means for recovery from a back injury. She has been teaching since 2006 and is certified in mat, reformer, and Cadillac through Balanced Body Pilates.
