Poolside Sunset Vinyasa Yoga with Tia Webster

Join us poolside for an hour of mindful vinyasa yoga as the sun goes down. Through conscious movement, you'll forge a powerful connection between your mind and muscles, using your breath as the guide. Cultivate deep calm and peace to leave you feeling wonderfully re-energized yet settled for the evening ahead.

After class, guests are invited to soak in the hot tub or take a dip in the pool while enjoying their beverages beneath the stars for a truly re-energizing transition into a restful evening.

 

Cosmic Mocktails with Torie Gehlmeyer

Each guest will receive a hand crafted mocktail during the event designed with organic, low-sugar ingredients and infused with herbs that align with the astrological signs.  Beverages artfully crafted by Torie Gehlmeyer, founder of Tea for Torie. 

Participants should bring the following to class:

  • Towel
  • Water Bottle
  • Mat
