The perfect way to start your week — an energizing vinyasa practice that blends breath-driven movement with purposeful holds to build strength, focus, and heat. After a dynamic warm-up and flowing vinyasas, we spend several breaths in standing postures like lunges and warriors to cultivate stamina, alignment, and inner steadiness. Expect a strong, rhythmic flow that balances momentum with moments of stillness. Open to all levels with variations offered, though some experience is recommended.
Katie Wolfe is an E-RYT 200, RYT 500+ yoga teacher trained in Vinyasa and Yin, and Reiki certified. Currently earning her Master’s in Holistic Clinical Counseling, she offers a grounding, breath-focused practice with clear alignment cues. Katie’s intention is to help students feel better — more connected in body, mind, and spirit — each time they leave the mat.
