Bodywise | Jennifer Castellucci

Bodywise was designed with a focus on lengthening and releasing Musculoskeletal restrictions through stretching and loosening Fascia congestion in the body. This connective tissue surrounds and holds every organ, bone, nerve fiber and muscle in place, becomes tightened and “congested” when stressed. You will learn how to safely and effectively lengthen your body and move beneath the surface through proper Diaphragmatic breathing, props and hands on assists where appropriate. All levels welcome, modifications will be offered as required.
