Wine Summary

This isn't your typical New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Our small batch Sauvignon Blanc offers tropical fruit notes of passionfruit and pineapple, strong aromatics, and a creamy mouthfeel. It is produced in an old world style utilizing the practice of Bâtonnage while resting on its gross lees. This slow manual practice provides a rounder, creamier, and full bodied Sauvignon Blanc that larger production and modern winemaking practices cannot achieve.
