Winemaker's notes: 100% Merlot. Directly pressed following a brief amount of contact time with the skins to gently extract a hint of color. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Aged five months on fine lees. Aging in stainless preserves the delicate floral and berry aromatics, while the lees contact fleshes out the palate with a touch of richness.
