Barre Fusion integrates traditional Barre movements comprised of small isometric muscle contractions designed to strengthen and lengthen muscle tissue. The focus is on proper postural and spinal alignment to improve overall body function. Light weights, resistance bands and other props are utilized to increase the burn. Your arms, legs, glutes and core will thank you! All levels welcome!
