Please Join us on Sunday February 8th from 11:00am-1:00pm for an exciting non-heated 2 hour workshop with Keri Bell.
Foundations of Asana Workshop :
Build strength, stability, and confidence from the ground up in this foundations-focused yoga workshop. We'll break down key yoga asanas, explore proper alignment, breath awareness, and safe transitions, and offer modifications to support all bodies. Ideal for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their practice, this workshop provides the tools to move with greater ease, awareness, and intention both on and off the mat.
Use of the outdoor hot tub will be available following the workshop for participants who wish to relax and unwind further.
Participants should bring the following to class:
- Towel
- Water Bottle
- Mat
- Bathing suit
