Heated Vinyasa | Kristen Killilea

Kristen is a mother of two, a high school English teacher, short filmmaker and a practicing yogi for the last twenty years. Her light-hearted spirit and playful nature encourages students to find comfort within their own practice and a safe place on their mats. Kristen believes yoga is for everybody and every BODY. She is a E-RYT 200, YAECP, certified Reiki Practitioner and a dedicated life-long learner who is currently studying for her 500 hr certification.
