Pool Float Sound Bath with Allison Schumann & Jill Niedelman

Join us for a restorative one-hour Sound Bath as the sun sets and the evening unfolds. Through guided meditation and immersive sound, you'll deepen the connection between body and mind, inviting a sense of calm, clarity, and relaxation. Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and restored for the night ahead.  

A limited number of guests will have the unique opportunity to experience the Sound Bath while peacefully floating in the pool, creating an even deeper sense of serenity.

Following the meditation, you're invited to stay for an additional hour to relax by the pool, enjoy a refreshing mocktail, or soak in the hot tub as you ease into the rest of your evening feeling renewed, centered, and at peace.

Cosmic Mocktails with Torie Gehlmeyer

Following the sound bath, each guest will be served a handcrafted botanical mocktail featuring organic, low-sugar ingredients and a curated selection of herbs inspired by the astrological signs. Thoughtfully designed by clinical herbalist and botanical mixologist Torie Gehlmeyer, founder of Tea for Torie.

How to prepare for Poolside Sound Bath

 • Wear loose comfortable clothing
 • Bring a bathing suit for post meditation swim
 • Bring a bottle of water
 • Bring a towel or blanket for warmth after sun sets
 • Turn off your phone, settle into your body and let the water soften the edges of the day
