Pop-Up Spin | Soco Cycle

This 45-minute ride is packed with high-energy, pumping music. Our amazing playlist will allow you to get lost in the rhythmic interval ride. This ride has intense cardio and will leave you feeling energized and strong.  This class will be led by Soco Cycle in the Shepherd's Run Event Hall.

Class time:

• Monday | November 18th | 5:30pm
• Tuesday | November 19th | 5:30pm

All classes include a complimentary glass of Shepherd's Run wine, after your ride!

Participants should bring the following to class:

• Towel
• Water Bottle
