About Anna Ji
Anna first discovered yoga in 2012, starting with a beginner's DVD and a mat in her living room. Under the careful guidance of a few amazing teachers, she continues to deepen her practice, focusing on discipline, patience, and dynamic movement rooted in Ashtanga principles.
Having recently completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, Anna looks forward to sharing her knowledge and experience with students seeking to cultivate strength, peace, and stability through yoga.
