2016 North Fork Blanc de Blanc

This "white of white" consists of 100% Chardonnay. It makes a wonderful celebration beverage offering notes of apple tart, brioche, and custard. Grapes for this sparkling wine were harvested on the North Fork of Long Island, barrel aged and then the wine received additional aging in the bottle for over six years in the Méthode champenoise prior to undergoing disgorgement and release.
