Over the past 30 years Jennifer has devoted herself to the fitness world by ensuring that her clients and students meet their fitness goals through educating them in proper alignment and function.
Jennifer holds certifications in Barre, Pilates, Aquatics, Cycling and Functional Movement. She has maintained an active practice in Holistic Personal Training, Therapeutic Bodywork and is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
Her passion and enthusiasm are hard to miss. Jennifer uses her extensive Physical Therapy knowledge to ensure a safe and effective experience in her classes. It's no wonder that she ended up in the fitness world for her profession, considering she began her wellness journey in her early years as an Equestrian Champion.
Hip Core Flow is a 60 minute workout designed to strengthen, lengthen and stabilize, all muscles of the hip and core that make up the foundation of your spine! Small isometric movements will help you awaken those accessory muscles you didn’t know existed! Additional props such as blocks, resistance bands, light weights or Pilates ball may be used to enlighten your experience. All levels welcome with modifications as needed.
