Elizabeth shares her passion for Love, Healing & Spiritual Growth in her private practice, classes, workshops & retreats.  As a licensed Hay House Affiliate Elizabeth leads seminars, conferences & retreats internationally based on the philosophy that learning to love ourselves can & will heal our lives.  With a foundation in Ballet & Dance from NYC, her education & study’s range from - Yoga Mindfulness Clinical Intervention for Anxiety & Depression, with P.E.S.I. The Barkan Method of Hot Yoga.   After almost two decades of teaching she is a leader in her field weaving an ancient philosophy in a modern world. Yoga, Movement, Meditation, Mindfulness highlight how the inner dialogue affects our practice on & off the mat & into the world.
