BODY + MIND CLASSES
Below you will find a full calendar of yoga classes as well as an assortment of strength training, pilates, and barre. Our programming is always evolving so check back often as we learn from our community on what classes are of the most interest. In addition to our weekly class schedule we are always adding in specialty workshops and one-off offerings to provide a comprehensive wellness selection.
If there are classes or additional programming you would like to see at Body+Mind in the future please do not hesitate to reach out. While we may not be able to accommodate all requests we will certainly try! We are always looking for ways to increase programing and vary classes so that our little wellness community has access to a diverse wellness offering aimed at fulfilling your personal wellness goals.
